Elliott King
Elliot King, an original founder of Unisphere Research, has reported on and conducted research into the diffusion and impact of new information and communication technology for more than 30 years. He has written six books and hundreds of articles and research reports about new technologies. He is also the chair of the Department of Communication at Loyola University Maryland, where he is a founder and co-director of a M.A. program in Emerging Media. In a previous life, he served as communications and research manager of the Administrative Management Society (AMS), an international professional association dedicated to advancing knowledge within the IT and business management fields. He is a graduate of Temple University.
John O'Brien
With over 25 years of experience delivering value through data warehousing and BI programs, John O’Brien’s unique perspective comes from the combination of his roles as a practitioner, consultant, and vendor in the BI industry. His knowledge in designing, building, and growing enterprise BI systems and teams brings real world insights to each role and phase within a BI program. Today, through Radiant Advisors John provides research and advisory services that guide companies in meeting the demands of next generation information management, architecture, and emerging technologies.
As a recognized thought leader in BI, John has been publishing articles and presenting at conferences in North America and Europe for the past 10 years. John has also developed and presented many of his own courses that now comprise the initial Radiant Advisors Learning Catalog.
In 2005, John co-founded and became CTO of a data warehouse appliance company that raised $43 million in several rounds of venture capital financing and has many global production customers. As CTO, John’s primary role was to focus product development and BI market strategy.
John has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State University with an emphasis in control systems and data instrumentation. In 2004, he earned an Executive M.B.A. from the University of Colorado.
Lindy Ryan
Lindy Ryan is the Research Director for Radiant Advisor’s Data Discovery and Visualization practice and leads research and analyst activities in the confluence of data discovery, visualization, and data science from a business needs perspective. She also retains the role of Editor in Chief of RediscoveringBI Magazine. As Radiant Advisors’ Editor in Chief for three years, Lindy participated in in-depth discussions and analysis with industry thought leaders and vendors while maturing her position and perspectives in the BI industry.
Lindy has a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.A. in Organizational Leadership. She is currently a doctoral candidate, pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Strategy. Her dissertation research focuses on addressing the technical, ethical, and cultural impacts that have already and will continue to arise in a rapidly expanding big data culture.
Michelle Fore
Michelle Fore is Principal Analyst of Help Me Stream Corp, assisting in survey creation, and analyzing primary research results for emerging market trends. Ms. Fore also serves as an advanced mathematics teacher in secondary education. She has a BA in Mathematics from the University of Virginia—Wise and a Masters in Educational Leadership.

Peter Auditore is an innovative and strong leader with more than 25 years of experience in enterprise sofware sales, marketing, product marketing and communications. His entrepreneurial skills and research background enabled him to earn the positions of cofounder, Zona Research, Vice President, Hummingbird and President Survey.com in three technology startups. At SAP Labs in Palo Alto, CA he formed the industry's first Business Influencer Group and leveraged social media to create MyventurePad.com a social media group for small business.
Tim Siglin
Tim Siglin is Founding Executive Director of Help Me Stream Corp, a not-for-profit digital think tank whose mission—through well-researched pilot projects—connects tech-poor NGOs in emerging economies or disaster recovery areas with key streaming industry individuals and companies. Siglin also serves as co-founder of the go-to-market strategic consulting firm Transitions, Inc., and has been a contributing editor for streamingmedia.com for over 20 years. He also served as principal analyst at The Hampton-James Company, a media consultancy, and has an MBA in international entrepreneurship.
